What have we done so far that has been helpful to your writing process?

Peer review is one of the most helpful things to me in my writing process because when I’m writing, it is hard for me to criticize myself because I want to believe that my work is good, but with peer review, I can get real feedback on my paper and try to fix it. Another thing is annotating the text I’m reading for my research.

How might you apply this helpful information or tool?

With peer review, I can listen to my peer’s feedback and comments and try to fix what’s not good with my essay. Annotating, on the other hand, makes the gathering of information so much easier for me because by marking the most important information, I can always go back to the document and get the lines I need without having to read the whole thing again.

What has been confusing or what would you like to spend more time on?

At first, citations were pretty confusing to me, but as we spent more time on them, I believe that I have gotten better at them.

If the clarification/additional focus does not occur during class time, how will you acquire the knowledge?

Practicing is the best thing I can do. Spending time on the assignment, trying to understand it, and practicing as much as I can has helped me a lot to acquire the knowledge I need,
